RIVERSIDE, Calif; – Neighbors in the Southern California neighborhood of Riverside reported that recycled materials were missing from bins stored in their backyard.

One neighbor reported that someone entered her yard during daylight and stole a bucket with all her recycle materials.

These are desperate times and people are looking to get fast cash. Please be on alert and be careful.
