Giuliana Rancic, Nick Jonas to Host Miss USA Competition

The announcement was made today by Donald J. Trump, and Paula M. Shugart, President of The Miss Universe Organization.

The 62nd Annual MISS USA Competition which will air live on NBC Sunday, June 16 (9-11 p.m. ET) from the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada will be hosted by co-anchor of “E! News,” Giuliana Rancic and Grammy-nominated American singer-songwriter Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers.

Rancic returns as host for the third year.

“The diverse backgrounds of Rancic and Jonas in the entertainment industry will bring a new and exciting energy to the stage,” says Shugart.

Fans will be able to vote their favorite contestant into the semifinals at the MISS USA Competition. Voting takes place now through June 15 by logging on to www.missusa.com or voting through the vote icon on the official Miss USA Facebook page.

The MISS USA telecast is televised in approximately 90 countries and territories around the world and was one of the top social media trending topics during last year’s show.
