Halle Berry, Samuel L. Jackson to Present at 89th Oscars

Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the Oscars takes place Sunday, February 26, at the Dolby Theater at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood.

Halle Berry won an Oscar at the 74th Academy AwardsPast Oscar winner Halle Berry and Oscar nominated actor Samuel L. Jackson have joined the slate of presenters for the 89th Oscars telecast.

Berry won an Oscar for Actress in a Leading Role for her 2001 movie “Monster’s Ball.”  Her feature credits include “X-Men: Days of Future Past,” “Cloud Atlas,” “Frankie & Alice”  the James Bond film “Die Another Day”  and “X-Men.”  She will next appear in “Kingsman: The Golden Circle” and “Kings.”

Jackson earned an Oscar nomination for Actor in a Supporting Role for “Pulp Fiction” in 1994.   He has also appeared in the Oscar-winning films “The Hateful Eight,” “Django Unchained” and “Inglourious Basterds”  and will be seen in “Kong: Skull Island,” “The Hitman’s Bodyguard,” “Avengers: Infinity War,” “The Incredibles 2″ and “Inversion.”

Presenters who will grace the Oscar stage include Scarlett Johansson, Dakota Johnson, Shirley MacLaine, Kate McKinnon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Brie Larson, Mark Rylance, Alicia Vikande and Hailee Steinfeld.
