Jamaicans 1-2-3 in 200 meters, ‘we proud a we island’

Men’s 200 meters sweep for Jamaica at the London Games 2012.

Thursday, August 09, 2012 – Jamaican sprinters Usain Bolt, Yohan Blake and Warren Weir finished 1-2-3 in the 200 meters race in the London Games 2012 Thursday night.

Bolt made history becoming the first Olympian to win gold in both the 100 and 200 meters in consecutive Olympics.  He held off Yohan Blake winning gold in 19.32 seconds.

Blake’s time was 19.44 winning silver, while first time Olympian Warren Weir captured bronze in 19.84 seconds.
