Roy Anderson’s ‘Queen Nanny’ to screen at the Lincoln Center

The documentary will screen as part of the 23rd New York African Film Festival next month.


After a successful world premiere at the United Nations Headquarters, the Roy T. Anderson directed documentary on Jamaica’s National Hero will screen at the New York African Film Festival.

The documentary has had multiple showings at various festivals, and screened to a packed auditorium at the Pan African Film Festival, which took place in February in Los Angeles, Calif.

The doc will screen as part of the 23rd New York African Film Festival on Sunday, May 8 at the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center, Film Society of Lincoln Center, located at 144 W. 65th Street.
